Should put the machines about a foot higher, so you can dial your Reg Number in, I had a problem trying to put my Reg number in, it said can't find it, I had back pain bending down trying to put Reg number in, Also Should have some one to help with this for other people,

I took mum to an outpatients appointment today and was out in just over 1 hour but spent 1 hour 10 mins queuing to pay for parking taking me into a higher price. There was only 1 machine working and it would not take card payments. I was frozen by the time I got back to the car. The barrier still would not open for us when we buzzed the attendant she did not seem to care about our complaint. There were a lot of elderly and frail people in the queue too. Not good!

The disabled parking at the front of hull royal is no more. New building and a big hole for something. Main car park is so full and it’s hard to find a space

Why are the car parks in HEY trust the ONLY ones in the North of England that are still charging during the Coronavirus Pandemic. This results in every hospital visitor and staff member touching the same buttons and ticket machines when we are trying to stop cross contamination. Shame on you.

Very poor forget finding a space and extortionaly price there is no security my mercadies was keyed and they don't care. No cameras it's less about the car and more about the principal

I have just come out to a parking ticket even though I paid for a 24hr ticket which was on my dashboard inside the window in full view! What a disgrace! Annoying doesn't come close when I had over 4hrs left on my ticket!

This unbelievably poor, badly maintained shambles of a car park has the nerve to charge £5 for even a second I’ve 2 hours. The surface is awful, the spaces badly marked, the machines don’t work properly and it’s a rip off. Some greedy land owner ripping off people who have no choice but to pay their extortionate prices to go and see their loved ones. Government won’t do anything about it because they are all probably in the same clubs. Disgusting human beings

This car park is very poorly maintained, (The ticket dispenser has hand written notes all over it because it is confusing to use) and the road surface is terrible. The carpark is always full due to lack of alternatives. Unfortunately the lack of alternatives means they have just brazenly put up the prices to capitalise on those visiting loved ones in the hospital, or those needing treatment. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Of there was anywhere else I could use, I would to avoid giving money to these predators.

This car park is always full at visiting times even if you arrive up to one hour early. The disabled car park at the front of the hospital is just as bad. The last two days half of the disabled car park cannot be used due to it being cordened off. I drove around the street trying to find a space wasting an hour of visiting time. Today I was lucky to get a space after driving round for twenty minutes. I have been visiting every day for three weeks and it is getting to be very stressful, this is before I get onto the ward. Something must be done about this.
